It features a modular 350 nm manufacturing technology, equipped with specialized opto-process modules such as optimized PIN cathode implantation, optical window etching, and an anti-reflecting coating layer. The platform supports up to four metal layers, allowing for various thick metal options, which significantly enhances device performance.
