The DKCMS Core is an integral component of the Dukosi Cell Monitoring System, offering a comprehensive, contactless cell monitoring solution tailored for high-voltage battery packs. This core system includes Cell Monitors, a System Hub, and the DKCMS Library API, enabling accurate, synchronized cell measurements within battery management systems. The core achieves this through proprietary C-SynQ® communication protocol, utilizing near-field RF between Cell Monitors and the System Hub, allowing for precise data transfer without conventional wiring hassles.
The core includes the DKCMS Core Cell Monitor and a System Hub, each bringing advanced functionalities to facilitate efficient cell monitoring. For voltage measurement, the DKCMS Core Cell also incorporates a temperature sensor, capable of using thermistor inputs for precise thermal readings. With configurable operational modes including active, low power, and hibernation, the system ensures efficient power usage while offering features like lifetime data storage and fault reporting.
This component enhances battery safety and performance by providing seamless integration and robust connectivity through Dukosi’s C-SynQ® communication protocol.
